You can use these weekly ideas by remembering the quote, practicing the exercise, contemplating about the suggestion, doing the meditation, applying the cultivation of that quality, etcetera, of that specific week. This way you can really integrate some core ideas into your every day system of thinking and acting and properly work on one thing at a time.
